Howdy Y’all! Ross here! Some people call me Ross-e-poo. I am majoring in Music Education and Saxophone Performance at the University of Arizona. I have a few dogs… 3 to be exact. They all bark a lot. One is a white puff ball, one is a beautiful brown and black puppy, and the other one… you don’t want to know him! He is the most annoying thing ever!!!! He doesn’t stop barking! I put on my socks… He barks! I go to the bathroom… He barks! I walk in the door… He pees!!! Oh… my bad. Anyways, I have been playing bass for a long time. Hold on a minute… I need more hot pockets!!!!!!

Ok I’m back! I have been playing bass at the Newman Center at the U of A for 3 years now. One summer, David and I felt the call to start a worship group at the Newman Center. So we did it. My dogs were so proud of me. So was my mommy! But more importantly, my dogs! Emmaus has really been one of the things that has kept me close to Jesus. When we all get together to worship and lead others in worship, the presence of Christ is so real, so present.
